Introduction

TripHive is an online platform that connects travelers with verified travel businesses. TripHive acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not operate, manage, or conduct travel packages directly. By registering, browsing, or booking a trip on TripHive, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration

Travelers must register using first name, last name, mobile number, email address, and password. Account verification is completed via OTP sent to the registered email. Google Sign-Up/Login is also available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Booking Process

Travelers can browse, filter, save, and view trip packages listed by verified travel businesses. Booking a trip requires entering traveler details, departure date, contact information, and responding to any business-specific questions. No payment is collected on TripHive at the time of booking. Once booked, the booking details are shared with both the traveler and the business via email and dashboard.

Payments

TripHive does not collect or process payments for trips. All payments are to be made directly to the travel business, as agreed between the traveler and the business. TripHive holds no responsibility for payment disputes, delays, or failures.

Cancellations by Travelers

Travelers may cancel a booking within 24 hours of booking. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours are subject to the business's individual cancellation policy. Refunds (if any) are handled directly by the business, not TripHive.

Cancellations by Businesses

A business may cancel a booking only for genuine and unavoidable reasons. Travelers will be notified via email in such cases. TripHive is not liable for losses arising from business-initiated cancellations.

Reviews & Ratings

Travelers may submit reviews, ratings, descriptions, and attachments after a trip. Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and non-defamatory. TripHive reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.

User Conduct

Travelers must not: • Make fake or fraudulent bookings • Provide false or misleading information • Abuse or harass businesses or TripHive staff • Misuse platform features Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

TripHive's Role & Liability

TripHive is not a travel operator, agent, or guarantor. TripHive does not control trip quality, safety, schedules, pricing, or execution. All trips are operated solely by the listed businesses. TripHive is not responsible for accidents, losses, delays, or disputes during trips.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform design belong to TripHive and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
