Bookings made on TripHive can be cancelled by travelers within 24 hours of booking through their account. Since TripHive does not collect or process payments, any refunds (if applicable) are handled directly by the travel business as per their individual cancellation policy. TripHive is not responsible for refund amounts, timelines, or payment disputes between travelers and businesses.
